Bristory: the History of bristol in 1766 seconds (2020)

This was the first show we made as a company. We were challenged by the herratige department of Bristol Old Vic to tell the entire history of Bristol in 1766 seconds. For those that do not know Bristol Old Vic was opened in the year 1766.

We explored the citys rich history from trans icon Michael Dillon to abolishionists like Hannah More. We also couldn't of forgotten the man, the myth, the legend: Isambard Kingdom Brunel. 

The show depicts three story tellers working their way through history - from the big bang to current day. But can they get all the info in as well as the occasional joke in just under 30min...? Not quite but they are damn close.

The show was meant to be toured around Birstol schools and comunity centres but due to COVID-19 the show was recorded and distibuted with a resource pack.
